Marilynn has her Masters Degree in Mental Health counseling and is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Utah. She completed two years of internship with the Dept. of Child & Family Services and has worked as a Christian mental health counselor for several years.

She is a christian and a member of Southeast Christian Church. Her long time desire has been to open a counseling center at her church. She plans to also offer a variety of presentations, seminars and groups along with a women's recovery group.
